Like all stocks we have a few rules set out.
Rules are as followed and are NON-NEGOTIABLE.
Rules must be followed precisely.
1. Comment on each stock you use, linking to the deviation. DO NOT comment on our main page telling us you have used our stock. Comment on the stock you used; otherwise we may miss your comment as main page comments are not sent to us.
2. Link to each stock you use on the deviation.
3. Link to ~star-sapphire-stock and the photographer of the picture.  If one is not specified simply link to ~star-sapphire-stock

4. Deviations have to be more than a filter or two or a change in color. This is not use of stock and is also against deviantART's policy.
5. Deviations must NOT be in the photography section.
6. Macabre and Horror are fine, and nudity is also fine; however, some stock photos may have additional rules listed in bold and italics. Photos of people usually will have No nudity.</i>.

7. Our stock cannot be used commercially or outside of deviantART. If you would like to make a print with our stock, let us know in a note or a comment on the stock you use and not our front page. You can also note us at ~jessichu or *enticement, but you will get better results noting the stock account.
If we feel you have put enough effort into manipulating our stock enough to actually call it your own, we will agree.

FAQ #204: If my print contains an image that isn't mine, can I still use it for print?

After meeting our expectations and making a print from our stock, all that we ask is that you allow us to buy ANY SIZE print at base price, if we like what you have done. We will pay you shipping, too, but in the event that you ship the item to yourself and then to us, we will only pay for the shipping to us.

We have eyes all over deviantART and stockripping will not be tolerated. If you can't take the time to write down where you got the stock and link back appropriately, you don't deserve to use stock. We take time out of our day to take and upload these photos, which should garner your respect. A lot of our photos are actually taken specifically for this stock account and therefore, our rules must be followed. Those who do not follow rules will be given a 24 hour notice in which they must adhere to said copyrights and rules. After the end of those 24 hours, deviantART will be notified of copyright violation and your deviation will be removed.

If you don't like our rules, find another stock. There are many stocks out there with royalty-free images which will allow you to use images in absolutely any way and on anything; even commercially.
